Alana Tamara Miller, CPAAlana is the Audit and Accounting Manager of PAG, CPAs. She has 15 years of accounting and auditing experience in public and private industry. Alana’s public accounting audit experience spans 8 years, working primarily with not-for-profit entities ($1M – $6M in revenues) and privately held corporations ($20M - $120M in revenues). She has worked with a wide range of industries such as: labor unions, construction, architecture and design, music entertainment and restaurants.
Alana also has 7 years of private company experience with increasing roles of responsibility as the Accounting and Information Systems Manager, Controller and Vice President of Finance. Working for a privately held company allowed her to combine her IT skills with her accounting knowledge. Alana concurrently managed the accounting and information technology departments and led the implementation of internal control policies and procedures to ensure compliance with consumer protection privacy laws.
She graduated from United States International University School of Business with a BS in Business Administration. Alana is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants and the California State Society of CPAs. While living in Atlanta, Georgia, she was involved with the Georgia Society of CPAs serving on the Southeastern Accounting Show committee planning the annual CPE conference and also participated in the High School Residency Task Force educating high school students about becoming a CPA during three days of "college life" living at the University of Georgia.
